Committee Meetings
A Committee meeting is ordinarily held at the head office of the Committee i.e. APMC(MNI), Azadpur, on the date and time fixed by the Chairman. A Notice of every meeting, stating the place, the date and the time of meeting, is issued by the Chairman or under his instructions by the Secretary at least ten days before the date of the meeting.
In the committee meetings various decisions are taken in favour of Azadpur mandi and sub yards. Various branches/Departments of APMC also place their agendas on which committee also take decisions after discussion.
